SHOW and Tell
This year I have had an unusual number of outstanding customer service experiences! I am now more loyal to Verizon, Target, the Y.M.C.A. and thanks to Janis--Chase Visa(Amazon) card. I tend to expect the best in others but I cannot explain this great service roll.
I included a great article from Next Generation Consulting called Why Corporate Culture Counts.

Oh-if you have not checked out Tom Peters Essentials book set they are portable and WOW per usual

In the meantime examples of "random acts of effectiveness" (not my term) need to be unpacked and examined.
